Offerings for Young Adults & Young Families

A Sunday School class for young adults meets at 9:00 to study a variety of topics.  Over the past year, the class discussed Joey Fann's book The Way Back ot Mayberry - Lessons from a Simpler Time, studied the prophets, and enjoyed a session on "visionary parenting."

Currently, the class is studying FaithWeaver, a curriculum used for 3rd-6th graders last fall.  The course is a great way for parents to know what their children are studying in Sunday School, and has hints to help reinforce the learning at home.

St. John's Young Families group meets once a month for fun and fellowship.  These gatherings are for the whole family and meet from 4:30-6:30.  Monthly mailings and newsletter announcements advise of meeting dates.

For more information about Young Families activities, contact Sally Bugg.
